The project includes sound attenuation improvements for certain residences around San Diego International Airport. The project includes 138 dwelling units located on 55 non-historic residential properties. Sound attenuation improvements may include, but are not limited to, replacement of windows and exterior doors, finely detailed, field-executed finish carpentry, and improvements to add air conditioning, ventilation and electrical work to support such systems. The work will include the demolition and modification of existing construction to install new windows and doors and, in some cases, may require temporary weatherproof closures.

The Project generally consists of construction of water pipelines, installation of appurtenances, trench pavement restoration and/or replacement. Work on the Project shall be completed within 210 calendar days.

The work consists of excavation and replacement of rock, sand, and cobble and reconstruction of dunes and a pedestrian pathway with post and rope and city provided signage along South Cardiff Beach in the City of Encinitas. The project specifies specific sand sourcing and equipment staging sites.

The Project generally consists of construction of a new pump station to supply an existing hydropneumatic pressure zone, including electrical/controls equipment and building, pumps, piping, standby generator, and related appurtenances. Work on the project shall be completed within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days.
